GRF Davos @ the SRA Europe Meeting 2011

The SRA Europe Meeting 2011 was held from 6 – 8 June in Stuttgart, Germany. The conference, organised by the Society for Risk Analysis - Europe, aimed to facilitate exchange of experiences from different disciplines, fields and application areas. The conference theme spanned across the broad range of risk issues, with a special focus on 5 themes: multi-risk analysis; disaster risk management and natural hazards; emerging public health threats; perceiving and communicating risk; and governance, dialogue and engagement.


GRF Davos was invited to present at the Annual Meeting and focused it's presence on fostering the Integrative Risk Management Approach and on promoting the upcoming GRF Davos conferences e.g. the IDRC Davos 2012 and the One Health conference. Marc Stal, Project Officer GRF Davos, gave his presentation on "Multi risks in a globalised world: Integrative risk management concept" within the Session entitled: “Risk, governance and policy making”.
